The Luminous English-Japanese & Japanese-English Dictionary (InApp purchase version)

Japanese language proficiency is required.

[Overall] Total vocabulary includes approximately 100,000 entries for both English-Japanese and Japanese-English, as well as over 50,000 examples. It is a staple in English learning dictionaries, offering not only a rich vocabulary but also in-depth explanations on grammar, usage, and writing. A must-have "ultimate tool" recommended for all English learners and users from university entrance exams to TOEIC® preparation.

[English-Japanese] In addition to everyday vocabulary, it covers a wide range including current affairs and scientific terminology. It also provides a wealth of idiomatic expressions and phrasal verbs. Apart from vocabulary, detailed explanations on grammar and usage, practical writing aids like "collocations" and "paraphrasing," memory aids for vocabulary retention, and etymology information are included.
